The catalysts dealt by MTS have to respect some qualitative levels both technical mechanics and of efficiency raised such to grant a product which lasts in time and with environmental effectiveness conforming to the law.
The typologies of catalytic converters proposed by MTS are "Specific Catalysts” and the "Universal Catalytic converters."
The Catalytic converters are specific for every car model being mechanically structured for having a form that allows a right fitting in the car.
The Universal Catalytic converters can be adapted to various vehicles in base of their capacity.
The fitting of these filters requests a bigger work, as they have to be added inserted in the original exhaust system.

1 BODY IN STAINLESS STEEL
The use of a noble material as the stainless steel is necessary as in the catalyst are reached so high temperatures that in the normal metal would oxidize it producing a detachment of particles which would damage the catalyst material reducing its efficiency.
2 ELASTIC PROTECTION
The elastic protection which covers the ceramic monolith is for protecting the catalytic converters from possible bumps as well as to compensate the present thermal expansions during the working.
3 CERAMIC MONOLITH
The ceramic monolith allows to have a catalyst surface to equal volume doubles in comparison to that metallic guaranteeing an effectiveness prolonged in the time.
4 METAL RING
The metallic support ring to the ceramic monolith allows to create a pillow of separation with the external wrap that allows to attenuate the possible bumps of the product which in this way don't move.
